Bibbly
An in-depth personal project I created for The UX Writing Hub showcasing my skills as a UX writer, from competitor analysis to creating user flows, undertaking UX research to understanding voice and tone and completing a content style guide. It also includes all my wireframe work and prototypes (using Figma) from sign-in pages to onboarding. Bibbly allows family members or friends to recreate children’s short stories, drawings or ideas into a custom book.

UX Writing Hub BEE FREE Work ProjectUsing insights from existing research and from research carried out by ourselves, our team was tasked to create a first draft of the content design system for BEE Pro and BEE Plugin and to bring the product copy we had created in line with the tone of voice and style guide of the company.

Hello! I am a UX writer with a background in the world of news reporting and editing.My experience helped me appreciate the importance of using clear, concise and accurate language, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas in a way that can be easily understood by a target audience.I find both journalism and UX writing also require meticulous research and fact-checking skills, as well as the ability to gather and organise information effectively. I was drawn to UX writing as I enjoy the conversational style of the writing and the creative thinking the role offers.I also helped manage a family-run clay shooting facility for most of my working life, which allowed me the opportunity to create content for my first website.My experiences have taught me to always be clear with messaging and work hard to understand the needs of and build trust with your customers.I love hanging out with my family and friends, travelling, trying different foods, snowboarding and football (soccer).
